Then suddenly it started. The sounds of FIRECRACKERS from all corners. No idea what could be the reason for this celebration.
This is purely an inhuman, uncivilized act of barbarism specially to the elderly and young children.
Last Diwali, I had seen people started cracking firecrackers from 4 AM in the morning.
This place on the earth really Sucks.

Eight-year old boy drowns in roadside ditch

“An eight-year-old boy fell into a deep road-side ditch in north Kolkata and drowned on Thursday morning. The ditch had been dug to lay a pipe from Palta waterworks to Tallah pumping station. Shubham Pandey, a student of class II in a local school, was a resident of Nitya Gopal Chatterjee Street and lived in his maternal uncle's house with his mother. Early in the morning, his mother went for her job. Around 9.30am, the boy left home to take a bath from a nearby tap.” – Reports The Times of India.

Now who to be blamed for this? Can TMC led CMC blame the early CPM led CMC for this? Or shall Honourable CM blame 35 yrs of misrule yet again.
